When it came to selecting the right architects to create a distinctive design for LOVE CONDOS, the spectacular new condominium development adjacent to the Tam O’Shanter Golf Course in Scarborough, Gemterra Developments Corporation chose the acclaimed Turner Fleischer Architects Inc. The goal was to create an exterior with both sophisticated and playful elements that would speak to the diverse purchasers attracted to this contemporary condominium development.

Phase 1 will offer 282 tower suites and 21 townhomes from 487 sq. ft. These bright, airy layouts are infused with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows.
